  I started seeing Dr Eubank 9 months ago. At 34 years old, I had suffered from cystic acne since I was 15. My acne was so painful. They would get infected and feel like bruises. After trying everything at drug stores, salons, Pro-Active, and SkinID, I had felt that I would never have a clear face, not for one day ever. Finally I saw Dr Eubank, who changed my life. She tried me on different oral medicines and creams until we found the right combination. It took a few appointments, but now my skin is soft, smooth, and luminescent. The creams even faded wrinkles and dark spots, so I look younger. I get compliments on my skin all the time. Now I leave my house without makeup and don't dread special occasions involving pictures. I feel like she really cares and understands my concerns, and she answers all my questions. I just want everyone to know how wonderful she is! I love her and am so thankful for what she has done for me!

  Dr. Eubank has a very cold, restrained bedside manner. I decided to give her a chance and made another appointment to see her, but was going to be just a few minutes late (less than 10). I decided to be courteous and call them to let them know. As I was about to pull into the parking lot, they told me that Dr. Eubank would not see me because I was late! That's what I get for being nice, I guess. Anyway, we will NOT be returning to see this doctor!
